Hormone Wellness Advocacy
Virtual Support for Women Outside the DMV Area

For women who don’t live in or around the Washington DC Metro area but want expert guidance, clarity, and advocacy around hormones and midlife health, I offer Virtual Hormone Wellness Advocacy.

This is designed for women who want access to my expertise, insight, and strategic support—without establishing a formal medical provider relationship.

Working With Me In Person
Support for Maryland, Virginia, DC, Delaware, Pennsylvania area

This is not a rushed appointment, a one-size-fits-all protocol, or a place where your symptoms are minimized.

Working with me, in my office in Rockville, MD, means having a knowledgeable, healthcare partner who truly listens and who understands the complexity of women’s health, especially during perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions.

Work With Me as Your Hormone Wellness Advocate

You don’t need another rushed appointment.
You need someone in your corner.

Working with me as your Hormone Wellness Advocate means having an experienced medical professional who listens deeply, connects the dots, and helps you navigate perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health with clarity and confidence.

This role goes beyond lab values. It’s about advocacy, education, and strategy—so you no longer feel dismissed, confused, or left to figure things out on your own.

How We Work Together

Our work is personalized and collaborative. Depending on your needs, this may include:

  • A comprehensive review of symptoms, history, lifestyle, and stressors

  • Strategic hormone education so you understand your options

  • Guidance on testing, timing, and interpretation

  • Guidance on how to approach and talk to your personal healthcare provider to prescribe what you need

  • If needed, collaboration with your healthcare provider or help finding one near you that will be able to prescribe medications for you

  • Ongoing support and course correction—not set-it-and-forget-it care

This is not a protocol. It’s a partnership.

What a Hormone Wellness Advocate Does

As your advocate, I help you:

  • Translate symptoms that don’t show up clearly on standard labs

  • Understand what your hormones are doing now—not just what’s “normal”

  • Make informed decisions about hormone therapy, supplements, and lifestyle changes

  • Prepare for conversations with other healthcare providers

What Makes This Different

  • Time & Attention: Appointments that allow for nuanced and real conversation

  • Modern Perspective: Up-to-date understanding of hormone therapy and women’s health

  • Whole-Person Lens: Hormones don’t exist in isolation, neither do you, what changes do you need to make to get the life you deserve

  • Empowerment: You leave understanding your body, not dependent on me

This Is Especially for Women Who…

  • Are in perimenopause or menopause and feel “off,” exhausted, or unlike themselves

  • Have been told everything looks normal, yet know something isn’t right

  • Are high-performing professionals managing demanding careers and lives

  • Want thoughtful, evidence-informed guidance—not internet guesses or extremes

  • Desire a partner who understands women’s hormones and women’s lives

Why Advocacy Matters in Midlife

Women in midlife are often dismissed, rushed, or told to “wait it out.” At the same time, they are:

  • Leading teams and companies

  • Managing families and aging parents

  • Navigating physical, emotional, and identity shifts

You deserve care that respects your intelligence, time, and goals.

Advocacy means helping you feel informed, supported, and confident—inside and outside the exam room.

The Bottom Line

Working with me as your Hormone Wellness Advocate means you are no longer navigating midlife health alone.
You deserve answers.
You deserve options.
You deserve to feel like yourself again—strong, clear, and supported.

A Different Kind of Care

In my Rockville, Maryland office, in the heart of Montgomery County, I work with women who are accomplished, capable, and used to being high-functioning, yet feel dismissed, exhausted, or “off” in ways they can’t ignore anymore. You may have been told your labs are “normal,” that stress is the problem, or that what you’re experiencing is just part of aging.

You should not have to accept that as an answer.

Instead, we look deeper—at hormones, metabolism, sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, mindset, and the demands of your real life. Everything is connected, and your care should reflect that.

Personalized, Thoughtful, and Evidence-Informed

Your plan is built around you—your symptoms, goals, lifestyle, and values. We use a blend of conventional medicine, functional medicine principles, and integrative therapies to create strategies that are safe, flexible, and sustainable.

This may include:

  • Hormone optimization with individualized dosing and delivery options

  • Advanced testing when appropriate (not excessive, not cookie-cutter)

  • Targeted supplements and therapies that work with your body

  • Lifestyle strategies that are realistic—not overwhelming

  • Ongoing adjustments as your body and life evolve

There is no expectation to “push through” or suffer in silence.

A Relationship, Not a Transaction

I believe care works best when it’s collaborative. You’ll understand why we’re doing what we’re doing, what to expect, and how to advocate for yourself moving forward. My goal is not just symptom relief—it’s helping you feel confident, informed, and empowered in your health.

This is especially important during midlife, when women are often navigating:

  • Career leadership and high responsibility

  • Family demands and caregiving roles

  • Shifts in identity, energy, and priorities

  • Changes in body composition, mood, sleep, and libido

  • You don’t need to do this alone—and you don’t need to accept “this is just how it is.”

Who This Is For

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Want care that is attentive, current, and nuanced

  • Are tired of being brushed off or given surface-level answers

  • Value quality, expertise, and thoughtful communication

  • Are ready to invest in your health—not perfection, just progress

The Bottom Line

Working with me means being seen, heard, and taken seriously. It means up to date, evidence based and compassionate care designed for women who expect more—from their health and from their lives.

You are not broken.
You are not asking for too much.
You deserve to feel good in your body again.
